RETURNS

all sales are final. We will gladly replace a defective item at no additional charge, if notified of the problem within 7 days of receipt of the item. please contact us by email at sales@smilingplanet.net or by phone at 1 310 302 0080 to make sure your items are eligible for an exchange. (unapproved items will not be accepted.)

to protect yourself, we recommend that you return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. we do not accept returns via COD. please allow up to two weeks from the date on which your merchandise is received by us to ship a replacement.

please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness.
such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions
